Before starting Project Partner Co., I worked directly with a top-producing real estate agent as her Head of Marketing and Operations. I saw firsthand the pressure agents face – needing to look professional online, keep a database clean, and build systems…all while selling homes.
I also saw the burnout, the missed opportunities, and the overwhelm. So I built Project Partner Co. as a solution: personalized, project-based support that helps agents work smarter without the cost (or headache) of a full-time hire.
